Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to act as a vital link between the LILO Marketing and Business Sales teams and our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless ordering and delivery process. This role is critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience with LILO products and services. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their queries, concerns, and feedback related to LILO products and services. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Sales teams to understand product offerings, promotions, and customer expectations. Assist customers with the ordering process, product selections, and delivery tracking. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal teams. Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines, delays, or issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Gather customer feedback and provide actionable insights to the relevant teams to enhance products and services. Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of order and delivery systems is a plus. Experience in customer service, client coordination, or similar roles is preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
